  16.                         that doors lock up due to an incorrect baud rate
  17.                         written.  Now, any speed at or above 9600 will be coded
  18.                         as a 3, which is equal to 9600 baud in Wildcat!

  38. - Super Indexing has been added into The GTGap!  If you are
  39.   running GT Tracker in your GTLOGON.BAT file, and you have registered The
  40.   GTGap (which I hope you will do), the program will access the user's
  41.   information MUCH faster and will be able to increase the run-time of the
  42.   program as much as 200%.   It's really a neat feature.  If you don't
  43.   wish to use GT Tracker to output information to your users, as of
  44.   v1.15ß, you'll be able to silence it.  It is available on my board, and
  45.   many others as GTRCxxxx.ZIP or GTRACxxx.ZIP.

  47. - Support for actual BBS's in a door has been added.
  48. * WWIV ->  with the WWIVGATE option, The GTGap will create a batch file
  49.   that you can run to start up WWIV while a person is online.  It will
  50.   be up to you to set up the BBS system itself.  All you need to do is
  51.   run GTGAP WWIVGATE then the batch file GT-WWIV.BAT and WWIV will start
  52.   up.  If you are in local mode, WWIV will come up "waiting for a call".
  53.   Then just hit the space bar, then F for a fast logon.  A '?' will show
  54.   you a list of things to do during the "waiting for call" screen.  If
  55.   someone is online, WWIV will log that person right in.  Overlaying
  56.   will most likely be necessary to run WWIV.  Be sure you place a /V:D
  57.   on your command line, and, if your other doors do not need to be
  58.   overlaid, place an '&' as the last parameter on each line of the door
  59.   not needing overlay mode in the GTDDIR.BBS file.  Read the GT Power
  60.   documentation for more information.  A sample batch file is included
  61.   in SAMPLE.BAT. NOTE: Go ahead & use the /O or O command in WWIV to "log off".
  62.   This will return to GT and NOT HANGUP on the user.  The batch file that
  63.   The GTGap creates is specifically designed for this feature so that
  64.   the user will not be disconnected.  Only v4.10 of WWIV has been
  65.   tested, so you might want to test it out before full use.  REMEMBER:
  66.   Tell your users to use the /O or O command to "log off" but that they
  67.   WILL be returned to GT Power!  (A good place to do this is with the Auto
  68.   Message feature in WWIV.)

  70. * QuickBBS ->  QuickBBS (v2+) is also supported by The GTGap.  You will need
  71.   to read the documentation included with QuickBBS on how to set up your
  72.   menus, etc.  * NOTE: for the "Goodbye" command in QuickBBS, do a
  73.   complete exit to dos with errorlevel 10.  (Read more about this in
  74.   your QuickBBS docs).  DO NOT USE THE QUICKBBS COMMAND for "Goodbye"
  75.   because it will disconnect the user.  Simply create a command called
  76.   "Return to GT Power" (or whatever) as a title and use (code 15--the
  77.   "exit to dos with errorlevel" command [I believe]" WITH ERRORLEVEL 10
  78.   to get back to the bbs without the user being disconnected.  The batch
  79.   file that is created by The GTGap is named GT-QBBS.BAT and should be
  80.   run within your GTDOORxx.BAT file.  A sample file is included in
  81.   SAMPLE.BAT

  83. - New DOOR TRACKING/LOGGING feature.  When you use The GTGap to run your
  84.   doors, you can effectively track and log all of the door activity.
  85.   When The GTGap executes, a temporary file is created in your GT
  86.   directory.  ** Upon EXIT of the door (at the end of your batch file)
  87.   run GTGAP /OUT:x  where X is the door number.  The GTGap, as well as
  88.   GT supports logging of up to 999 doors.  Therefore, at the end of your
  89.   GTDOOR35.BAT file you'd put:  GTGAP /OUT:35
  90.   The end of GTDOR173.BAT would have: GTGAP /OUT:173
  91.  
  92.   A 20k data file will be set up in your GT directory to keep up with
  93.   everything.  To create a report, use GTGAP /RPT:x  where x is the top
  94.   door number you wish to report.  Therefore GTGAP /RPT:129 will report
  95.   on doors 1-129 and give you stats, percents, and totals for each door.
  96.   GTGAP /RPT will default to the reporting of all 999 possible doors
  97.   without a specified number of doors.  The name of the report is
  98.   GTGAPUSE.RPT and can be found in your GT directory
  99.  
  100.   With this feature, you can ascertain the popularity of each door on
  101.   your BBS!  To start over, just erase the data file (GTGAPDOR.DAT) in
  102.   your GT directory
